Soba noodles are made from buckwheat flour (soba-ko) and wheat flour (komugi-ko). Inaka noodles are country-style noodles which are a little thicker than regular soba. They are about as thick as spaghetti and have a wonderful bite and flavor. Every noodle company has their own proprietary blend of flour that changes the final product.
Uses: Boil soba until desired texture is achieved. Rinse in cold water and strain. Dip in your favorite sauces and eat cold or put into hot noodles.
Soba noodles can be enjoyed hot or cold!
