Loong Kong chicken, also known as Taiwan or triple yellow chicken, is a specialty bird known for its three unique characteristics: yellow beak, yellow feathers, and yellow feet. This chicken is renowned for its exceptionally flavorful and robust meat. Long Koong chickens are best in slow cooked dishes such as soups, braises, and stocks or in dishes that make use if its rich, fragrant fat and gorgeous golden yellow color such as deep frying.


These chickens are raised naturally in Canada without antibiotics or hormones.
