Watercress - 2 Bunches (西洋菜)


Watercress, true to its name, grows in moving streams covered in water. It is dubbed as one of the original superfoods boasting signficant amounts of vitamins A, C, K and B6 as well as calcium and manganese. Watercress is peppery, refreshing, pleasantly bitter.

Uses: Eat raw as part of a salad. Stir-fry until just wilted with your favorite sauce. Try it with hot pot.
