Sangenton is a high quality pork that is a crossbreed of Large Yorkshire, Landrace, and Duroc pigs. It has a superb balance of both flavor and marbling to due its unique heritage. This Sangenton pork is classified as toumorokoshibuta: the pigs are raised on a special corn feed resulting in an exceptionally tender meat texture in addition to stellar flavor. Pork shoulder is the most exercised muscle of the pig resulting in it being the most flavorful cut. It has a good balance of lean meat to fat with phenomenal flavor.
