Tofu cutlet is made by pressing tofu with a tremendous amount of weight making it firmer than firm tofu. The resulting tofu is practically homogeneous with a springy, tender, and meat-like texture. They are then fried until golden brown and vacuum sealed for maximum quality and freshness. Each serving contains 12 grams of protein. Slice tofu cutlet as desired and then cook with your favorite meats, vegetables, and sauces. This tofu comes ready-to-eat and can be cubed and added to salads without additional preparation.
