Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped street food that is made by cooking pancake-like batter in molded cast-iron griddles. They are stuffed with a variety of delicious fillings with sweetened red bean paste (anko) being the most common. Nichirei taiyaki is a homage to the original featuring golden brown cakes filled with red bean paste.
Ingredients: Red bean paste (red beans, sugar, water, salt), wrap (water, wheat, flour, egg, sugar, rapeseed oil, sodium bicarbonate, glucono delta-lactone, sodium phosphate, honey, salt, oil powder (rapeseed oil, corn syrup), propylene glycol esters of fatty acids, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, soy lecithin, sodium caseinate).
