Nam doc mai, also known as ivory mango, is a medium to large sized mango with a distinctive beak-like shape. It is the most popular variety of mango in Thailand. It is known for having low-fiber flesh, high sugar content, and an exceptionally pleasant and strong aroma. Thai mangoes are juicy, super sweet, and silky with a delicious tropical flavor.
These mangoes will change color from green to orange as they ripen. They should left at room temperature to ripen until soft before eating.
