Hyakkei Itsusa Tudumi Manjyu (Red Bean Bun) - 3.16 oz


Manjyu, or manju, is a type of traditional Japanese confection, or wagashi, that derives its name from mantou (Chinese steam bun). It features a sweet filling, usually made of sweetened red bean paste, encased in a thin pastry shell. Hyakkei manju features a soft wheat outside and smooth red bean paste filling (koshian).


Ingredients: Bean paste (azuki bean, sugar, high fructose corn syrup), wheat flour, sugar, egg, corn syrup (corn starch, water), rapeseed oil, soy milk, soy protein, glucose, agar-agar, sorbitol, sodium bicarbonate.
