Ribeye steak, also known as the rib eye or scotch fillet, is the most marbled cut of steak on the cow. It is both flavorful and tender due to its location from the lightly worked upper rib cage area. Thomas Farms beef is from Southern Austrailia where some of the best land for grazing for cattle are. All of their beef is both grass-fed and grass finished to yield delicious steaks that are less fatty, more flavorful, and more tender than grain fed. This beef is also certified Zabihah Halal.
