Golden bihon is a Filpino noodle made from yellow corn starch. These noodles have a natural pale golden color and are translucent, firm, and bouncy when cooked. Golden bihon noodles are a staple of Asian cuisines.
Uses: Stir-fry aromatics along with your favorite meats and vegetables. Add your favorite sauces and seasonings along with 450 ml (15 oz) of water or stock per package of golden bihon noodles. Add bihon noodles when the mixture comes to a boil. Simmer for two minutes then flip bihon noodles and continue to simmer for another two minutes. Loosen bihon and serve.
