Bihon is a type of noodle made from corn starch that originates from the Phillipines. These noodles have a naturally pale golden color and fine texture that becomes translucent, firm, and bouncy when cooked. These noodles are excellent in a wide range of applications such as stir-frys, soups, and braises.
Uses: Stir-fry aromatics along with your favorite meats and vegetables. Add your favorite sauces and seasonings along with 450 ml (15 oz) of water or stock per package of golden bihon noodles. Add bihon noodles when the mixture comes to a boil and simmer until noodles are soft. Loosen bihon and serve.
