Golden Bihon is a type of noodle made from corn starch that originates from the Phillipines. These noodles have a natural pale golden color and fine texture that becomes translucent, firm, and bouncy when cooked. These noodles are excellent in a variety of different applications from stir-frys to soups.


Uses: Stir-fry aromatics along with your favorite meats and vegetables. Add your favorite sauces and seasonings along with 450 ml (15 oz) of water or stock per package of golden bihon noodles. Add bihon noodles when the mixture comes to a boil and simmer for two minutes before flipping and continuing to simmer for another two minutes. Loosen bihon and serve.
