Enoki mushrooms are a staple of East Asian cuisine. Used both raw and cooked to great effect, these mushrooms are mild, savory, and textured. Enoki mushrooms become silky and amazing tender when cooked using even gentle heat. Try it in hot pots, soups, stir-fries, salads, tempura, or even pickled!
Uses: Put in your soups, stir-frys, side-dishes and anything else that could use a touch of savoriness. Make a raw salad of mushrooms with lemon zest, olive oil, cracked fresh pepper, and sea salt! Add them to your hot pot.
Enoki mushrooms are more textured when cooked less. They are edible raw so adjust the cooking time to your desired texture.
