Custard powder is a proprietary blend of gelling agents and flavorings to make a variety of delicious custards with just the simple addition of milk and sugar. Custard powder can be used to make many different traditional desserts such as filling for egg tarts, puddings, and cakes.
Uses: Mix custard powder with 3 tablespoons of milk taken from 1 pint of milk. Bring the remainder of the milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar to a boil before stirring in the custard mixture. Cool and let set.
