Table Mark instant rice is made using only premium Japanese grown koshihikari rice. This rice is cooked entirely in the tray using a two-fold method of pressurized heat and steam treatment to yield a glossy rice that is fluffy on the outside and firm on the inside. This rice is conveniently packaged for a single serving and can be cooked in the microwave in just one to two minutes. Table Mark rice can also be used straight out of the packaging to make fried rice or added directly to cooked rice dishes such as grilled onigiri.
