Baby green mangoes are unripe fruit of the mango tree. The young fruit is harvested before the seeds are formed yielding a seedless or soft-seeded fruit that has the fragrance of mango without the sweetness. These mangoes have a flavor comparable fresh green apples with a heady aroma of mango. Green mangoes have been used as an aid in weight loss, indigestion, and liver health.
