Amanoya okoge rice crackers (senbei) are a type of beika: a traditional Japanese dry snack made of rice. They are made from a mixture of non-glutinous rice, soy sauce, and seasonings which is cooked by deep frying. These snacks are crispy, textured, and flavorful with a sweet-savory taste complemented by subtle notes of spice. Okoge rice crackers are made using whole grains of rice.
