This all-purpose Thai-style chili paste is sweet, aromatic, and mild with very little spiciness. It is a fantastic base for a variety of dishes from salads and fried rice to stir-fried seafood. Use Thai chili paste to marinate meats, make curries, tom yum, and as a dipping sauce for shrimp chips and snacks.
