Sanuki udon noodles are a specialty of Kagawa prefecture characterized by its square shape, flat edges, and chewy yet soft texture. These udon noodles are delightful to eat in a variety of different preparations. Try them simply boiled with a side of tsuyu, in soups and broths in lieu of ramen, and mixed with curry.
