Bunapi, also known as white beech mushrooms, are small mushrooms with smooth white caps and tender stems. Bunapi have a flavor that is buttery and nutty with a firm and crunchy when cooked and also delicious raw. Hokto's mushrooms are grown in a soil-free environment and do not need to be washed before use.
Uses: Roast until golden brown with a generous amount of garlic, thyme, and butter. Add beech mushrooms to gently simmering soups or raw to your salads.
