These mangoes have a unique oval shape and bright orange colored pulp for which it is named. "Kesar" means saffron in Gujarati and Hindi. Kesar mangoes are very, very juicy with sweet, succulent, and fiber-free flesh. They have a rich tropical flavor with strong notes of honey, apricot, and ripe yellow peach.
