Misua, often called Chinese vermicelli, is a type of wheat noodle originating from Fujian, China. Chinese vermicelli is made from wheat flour and is characterized by how exceptionally thin it is. Misua is eaten during celebrations and festivals and is commonly paired with eggs, oysters, pork, beef, offal, and shiitake mushrooms.

Uses: Misua cooks incredibly fast relative to other noodles due to their extremely thin shape. Cook misua in boiling water for two minutes or until tender.
