These Japanese restaurant ramen soup bases are commercially manufactured for actual ramen restaurants. Just add water to dilute and bring to a simmer before use. Each ramen base has its own concentration but we like to start with a ratio of 7 parts water to 1 part soup base. This soup goes perfectly with ramen noodles, udon, or as a base for hot pot. Making real restaurant ramen has never been easier!
These ramen bases freeze extremely well. We recommend preportioning into ziploc bags or plastic soup containers and leaving it in the freezer after opening.
