These udon noodles are made with Japanese seaweed salt (moshio) from Awaji island using a traditional hand-pulling technique (tenobe). Each batch of noodles is hand-made by a Japanese master artisan resulting in incredible elasticity, texture, and flavor. These noodles do not get soggy easily and can be precooked and reheated for convenience. These noodle are fantastic served hot or cold.
Uses: Boil the noodles in soft water until the texture is as desired. Eat with your favorite dip or soup.
