Gruyere, or Gruyère, is a semi-hard cow's milk cheese named after the town of Gruyères in Fribourg, Switzerland from which it originates. Gruyere is world-renowned as a melting cheese. It is creamy, smooth, and gooey when cooked properly. Gruyere is exceptional for cheese sauces, sandwiches, and fondues.


This cheese is imported from Switzerland and holds a protected designation of origin (AOP) to ensure origin and quality of traditional products.
