Fuji apples are a thin-skinned variety that are crisp, sweet, and low in acidity. They are equally perfect eaten as a snack or used in cooking. Fujis are often considered the epitome of the what an apple should be. These extra large apples have a higher yield and crisper, sweeter flesh than their smaller counterparts.
Uses: Apples are excellent peeled and roasted with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook apples with water until completely soft to make cider. Put apples into your smoothies for extra fiber and sweetness.
These particular apples started in Japan but are grown in Washington State! Each order is about 3-4 extra large apples.
