Black Angus, also known as Aberdeen Angus, is a breed of black cattle prized for its excellent flavor and marbling. All of our beef is hand-picked and dry-aged to allow the beef time to develop flavor and tenderize as water evaporates and enzymes break down connective tissues. These ribeye steaks are cut, fully trimmed, and frenched by hand to ensure a spectacular presentation and great eating experience every time.
Our beef is 100% Black Angus and dry-aged for a minimum of 30 days. Each steak serves 2 people.
