Bulldog vegetable & fruit sauce is made from a mixture of fruits, vegetables, and spices that are slow-cooked over several days until they break down into a darkly caramel paste. It is dense in flavor and reminiscent of worcestershire sauce: sweet, fragrant, and lingering. Bulldog V&F sauce tops iconic foods such as tonkatsu, okonomiyaki, and takoyaki.
