Blue Sky Pastures lamb is raised in Southland, New Zealand where the pastures are remote, pure, and fresh. This lamb is free-range, grass-fed, and antibiotic free with free access to Southland's year-round temperate climate and fertile land which results in superb quality meat. This lamb has an incredible flavor and succulent texture that reflects its provenance.
Each package contains two racks (18-20 ribs) of fully trimmed and frenched lamb.
